Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical and administrative supervision, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on an assigned team.

You will ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceeded by direct reports, and that assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on your team. CBI is an integrated behavioral healthcare provider in Arizona committed to compassionate,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• 1 year experience working with the SMI population with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse
• 1 year experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities.
• Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 39 month clear MVR
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
