Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive behavioral health and medical care in Arizona.

The RN will implement orders, coordinate with physicians, and supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians to ensure quality care. The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, a current AZ RN license (or compact/license-eligibility within 90 days), and 1–3 years of

• Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1-3 years of health care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate orders from medical practitioners and barriers to service to the manager and attending practitioner.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, effective and timely patient care.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her manager and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements:

• Required:Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing
