Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare provider serving Arizona with a range of programs.

The Registered Nurse (RN) works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver nursing care to assigned patients, executes practitioner orders, and communicates barriers to care promptly. The RN supervises LPNs and support staff as appropriate, supporting crisis and behavioral health services across facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Active AZ or Compact RN licensure in good standing is required.
• Current AZ Driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record may be required for Pool RN roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Follow orders from the medical practitioner and promptly communicate barriers to service.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
