Appledore Family Medicine, part of HCA Healthcare, invites experienced RNs to lead clinic operations as a Clinic Supervisor. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and contribute to cost-conscious patient care strategies.

The role requires strong clinical and administrative skills, with focus on policy implementation, budgeting, and collaboration with medical staff to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license required; CPC Coding if coding duties are performed.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in a medical office; at least 2 years in clinical management.
• Knowledge of health care administration, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to plan, organize, delegate and supervise; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• May perform direct care duties as needed.
• Establish and implement goals, policies, and procedures for clinic areas.
• Develop and implement clinical plans and supervise staff.
• Assist with staffing decisions, performance evaluations, and pay actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cost-effective policy implementation.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, insurance policies, and space planning.
• Coordinate with external agencies and medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Code of Conduct and Mission statements.
