Job summary

TALENT CONNECT EXECUTIVE SEARCH & HR SOLUTIONS is seeking a Clinic Supervisor - Registered Nurse to lead a multidisciplinary team in an adult day health setting. You will manage clinic flow, supervise RNs, CNAs and clerical staff, and ensure high-quality care under the Executive Director's direction.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, medication administration, care planning, staff education, and coordination with primary care teams; strong organizational, communication, and emergency

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license and BCLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year with frail/elderly; 2 years nurse management.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic staff to ensure high-quality nursing care.
• Manage clinic flow, triage and scheduling with primary care.
• Provide staff education, competency evaluation, and supervision.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and outside providers.
• Maintain accurate records and quality assurance.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safe environment.
