Responsibilities include developing educational plans and materials, keeping records and reporting on outcomes. The educator may serve hospital-wide and community programs, with duties aligned to adult learning

Qualificações

• CLC certification required or preferred.
• Labor and Delivery experience is required.
• Educator specializing in childbirth preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities for an assigned service or population.
• Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.
• Develop, implement and evaluate educational plans/programs and measurements to assess learning goals.
• Identify and/or develop teaching tools and instructional materials and keep records of activities.
• May serve as an educator for unit-based, hospital-wide and community education programs.
