Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan - Luverne is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current licensure in the state where practice occurs or multi-state licensure (NLC) accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with resident, family and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education across shifts.
