Good Samaritan Luverne is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents during the day shift. The role involves collaboration with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.

This includes coordination of care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions, with potential to serve as charge nurse as needed. Requirements include graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program, RN licensure

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with state board where practice occurs; multi-state licensure may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
