Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role may involve serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to staff. Requires an active MN RN license and a nationally accredited nursing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, assessments and education, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
