Good Samaritan Luverne is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with resident and family, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff within scope.
• Maintain competencies and certifications as required by state practice acts.
