Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education; ensure safe administration of services.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
