Formación

• Current RN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing services during assigned shifts.
• Supervise caregiving teams and ensure resident needs are met.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Complete resident assessments and care plans.
• Communicate changes to families, physicians and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
