Americare Senior Living in Centralia, MO is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to provide frontline clinical leadership in our skilled nursing community on the evening shift. You will oversee nursing services, supervise caregiving teams, and ensure residents receive compassionate, compliant care per state and federal standards.

This role requires an active RN license, strong clinical judgment, and experience in long-term care or senior living.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and clinical supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies and procedures.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs and guide care delivery.
• Complete resident assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to families and providers.
