Signature HealthCARE Fentress Co. in Tennessee is seeking an experienced RN to join our 140-bed skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, ensure safety, supervise nursing aides, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role, preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents’ status and report changes to physicians.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
