Signature HealthCARE of Memphis is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 140-bed facility. Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure safe, compassionate resident care.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license in Tennessee, CPR/BLS, at least 1 year of clinical experience (long-term care preferred), and familiarity with electronic health records. We offer a strong team, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (Tennessee).
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role is a plus.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physicians of changes.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the team.
• Complete clinical documentation per policy.
