Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking licensed RNs to join our team in Memphis. You will provide direct nursing care, assist with ADLs, and supervise nursing staff to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure safety and comfort.
• Supervise nursing assistants and meds aides during shift per policy and regulations.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physicians of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
