Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an experienced RN in Memphis to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. You will supervise nursing staff, manage medications, and ensure safety and comfort in daily activities.

The role requires an active RN license (TN preferred), CPR/BLS certification being a plus, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience, with long-term care experience favored. Join a team dedicated to compassionate care and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (Tennessee preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification is preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs; ensure comfort, dignity and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides on shift.
• Monitor residents and notify physicians of changes in condition.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
