Signature HealthCARE Fentress Co. in Clarkrange, TN, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our compassionate care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, support residents with ADLs, and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (AHA or Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in supervisory/charge nurse role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift.
• Monitor residents’ status; notify physician and responsible party of changes.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges according to procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance, staff education, and regulatory surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.
