Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will supervise the day-to-day activities of the nursing staff and CNAs to ensure high-quality care in compliance with standards and regulations.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, a nursing degree, and prior charge nurse experience in long-term care is preferred. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license to practice in this state.
• Previous RN Charge Nurse experience in a long-term care community is preferred.

Responsibilities

The RN Charge Nurse is responsible to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and the CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
• Previous RN Charge Nurse experience in a long-term care community is preferred.
