Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and clinical leadership to the unit during assigned shift, serving as a clinical resource.
• Leads the provision and coordination of patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Promotes accountability for evidence-based practice and outcomes improvement.
• Anticipates and secures resources needed for the shift and next 24 hours.
• Supports creation and oversight of department schedule and reflects changes on schedule and timecards.
• Performs RN duties and serves as a role model for professional practice.
