Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership to the unit during the assigned shift.
• Lead the provision and coordination of patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Promote accountability for evidence-based practice and outcomes improvement.
• Anticipate and secure resources for the current and upcoming 24 hours.
• Oversee department scheduling and ensure accurate timecard reflection.
• Perform RN duties and serve as a professional role model.
