Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an RN Charge to oversee the operations of a nursing unit on assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, manage patient flow and bed assignments, and lead infection control and safety initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and supports nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Evaluates staff performance and provides coaching.
• Manages patient care planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize flow.
• Ensures effective communication among physicians, patients and units.
• Monitors bed assignments and resource utilization within the unit.
• Leads infection prevention efforts and safety initiatives.
• Responds to emergencies and provides leadership as needed.
• Maintains attendance and adherence to policies.
