Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a contract opportunity at an Occupational Health clinic in New Haven, CT.

The role involves health-center operations management, staff oversight, patient flow, and compliance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 10/19–12/28 duration and potential extension or permanent placement. Pay: $35-$47/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or AS degree is required.
• BSN from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice is required.
• Current hands-on BLS training for health care providers is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow for efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow and utilization.
• Identifies process improvements and root cause analyses.
• Leads infection control and quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Communicates policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client reps.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations.
• Maintains accurate patient health records.

Registered Nurse

Contract opportunity with Yoh’s biotechnic client located in New Haven, CT at their Occupational Health clinic.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p

Duration: 10/19-12/28 with possible extension or permanent placement

Pay: $35-47/hr DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associates’ degree (A.S.) is required. Bachelor’s degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current hands on training in Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
