Job summary

Yoh Services LLC in Bedford, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Occupational Health position on the 2nd shift (3 pm–11:30 pm) on a 3-month contract.

You will administer professional nursing care to sick or injured employees, perform clinical and diagnostic tests, assist plant physicians, maintain medical records, and support wellness programs. Requires RN license in Indiana, RN Diploma/Associate, and preferably BSN; COHN and CPR/AED certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma/Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Valid Indiana RN license.
• Two or more years' nursing experience preferred, ER or Occupational Health preferred.
• COHN certification preferred.
• Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Administers professional nursing care to sick and/or injured employees
• Performs and evaluates various clinical and diagnostic tests
• Assists plant physician in minor surgical procedures
• Interviews and documents medical history of employees
• Works effectively with the Health Services team and other departments
• Maintains appropriate medical records to ensure quality and accuracy
• Performs and documents physical exams
• Adheres to common practices and procedures throughout the department
• Maintains equipment and supplies
• Assists with the promotion of plant wellness programs
• Interfaces with health services customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner
