PruittHealth Hospice Athens is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse to serve as a Hospice Services RN Case Manager in the Georgia-Watkinsville area. The role involves home or facility-based hospice care on a part-time, 1st shift basis.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, care plan implementation, documentation, and ensuring continuity of hospice care. Active RN licensure in GA is required; joining our team offers growth and supportive benefits.
