Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) for on-call hospice services in Georgia. You will complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the individualized care plan, document promptly, and maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting.
