Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our hospice team in Georgia. You will provide patient-centered care in home or facility settings and support families while following individualized care plans.

The role emphasizes documentation, policy adherence, and continuous coordination to ensure seamless, compassionate end-of-life care for patients and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice.
• Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting.
