The RN must be a licensed professional with CPR certification and at least 1 year of RN experience. The position emphasizes quality patient care and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed as an RN.
• A minimum of one year of experience as an RN.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess status of nursing needs and manage patient care plans.
• Complete initial patient assessment upon admission with history.
• Select appropriate nursing diagnoses.
• Assess medicines for potential drug interactions or adverse reactions.
• Set realistic, measurable goals aligned with diagnosis.
• Inform physician of assessment results and interventions.
• Implement nursing interventions per diagnosis and goals.
• Re-evaluate patients' needs as required.
• Document assessments, progress, and discharge notes promptly.
• Inform physician and staff of changes in patient condition and needs.
