AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager in Mississippi to oversee patient care plans from admission to discharge. The role involves directing staff and coordinating interdisciplinary needs to ensure quality care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with on-call duties and a Rankin County service area. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of operation, at least one year of RN experience, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN Case Manager must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and manage the patient care plan.
• Complete initial patient assessment upon admission with history.
• Select appropriate nursing diagnoses and monitor progress.

Education

Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing

Current RN license in the state of operation
