Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, evaluating nursing services, ensuring compliance with care plans, and contributing to a safe home-like environment. This is a full-time role with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN).
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of residents and employees.
• Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services for each resident.
• Review and audit compliance with the patient’s plan of care.
• Provide a safe, home-like environment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
