Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Active Indiana RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provides services per the plan of care.
• Performs initial evaluation and periodic reassessments.
• Initiates and revises the care plan as needed.
• Coordinates services and informs team of changes.
• Counsels patient and family to meet nursing needs.
• Completes orders and discharge summaries per policy.
• Gives total patient care and may take on-call duties.
• Keeps timely progress notes and conference summaries.
