Job summary

Resolute Health Hospital (tenet-owned) is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate care across the continuum, ensure appropriate utilization of resources, and support timely, safe discharges and readmission prevention. The role requires strong nursing credentials and familiarity with case management within a hospital setting.

Minimum 2 years of acute-care experience and Texas RN licensure are preferred; opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
