Job summary

The candidate should have RN licensure in Nevada and 3+ years clinical experience, including utilization review or case management, with strong collaboration skills for care coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum three years experience in varied clinical settings.
• Two years experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management or Case Management preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Establish safe discharge plans and provide timely utilization management services.
• Collaborate with patient, family and healthcare team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maximize reimbursement for all patient visits and ensure appropriate utilization.
