Job summary

Dimensional Health Care Associates, Inc. (DHCA) seeks a Registered Nurse Case Manager/Delegating Nurse (RN CM/DN) in Frederick, MD for full-time work with flexible, partially remote scheduling. The RN will oversee client care, delegate tasks to certified technicians, and travel to client homes under state guidance.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Base salary ranges from $70,000–$75,000 with potential supplemental earnings and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must hold Maryland RN license.
• Ability to travel to client environments.
• Experience using electronic health platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their environments for initial assessments and plan of care.
• Conduct 45-day re-assessments and interim visits within 48 hours.
• Delegate medication administration to certified staff and oversee tasks.
• Train staff on nursing care plans and prevent medication errors.
