Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Delegating Nurse to support youth residential care communities in Annapolis and surrounding areas. This RN/CM role offers diverse assignments, opportunity to oversee medication administration, and growth through on-site and online training.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active Maryland RN license, CM/DM certification, CPR, and knowledge of healthcare laws. A clean record and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Maryland.
• Case Manager/Delegating Manager (CM/DM) certification is a must.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate.
• Clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Assessing the ability of residents to self‑medicate
• Overseeing and supervising medication administration for facility staff
• Ensuring adherence to applicable state and federal medication management regulations
• Conducting periodic evaluations for residents who self‑medicate
• Delivering required in‑service training, skills assessments, and competency verification to staff
