Delegating Nurse / Registered Nurse (RN), Case Manager / Delegating Nurse

Location: Annapolis, Crofton, Glenn Bernie, Odenton, Edgewater, Pasadena, surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Assess the ability of residents to self-medicate
• Oversee and supervise medication administration for facility staff
• Ensure adherence to applicable state and federal medication management regulations
• Conduct periodic evaluations for residents who self-medicate
• Deliver required in-service training, skills assessments, and competency verification to staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Maryland
• Case Manager/Delegating Manager (CM/DM) certification is a must
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, strong communication, and compassion
• Clean criminal record
