Dimensional Health Care Associates, Inc. (DHCA) seeks an RN Case Manager/Delegating Nurse in Bowie, MD to manage client care and delegate tasks. The role includes travel to client homes, initial and periodic assessments, and coordination with caregivers in the community.

The ideal candidate is a Maryland-licensed RN with strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with Google and other software platforms. Flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and education support are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a working smartphone capable of making and receiving calls and emails.
• Current valid compact state of Maryland Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care to clients according to guidelines and travel to client residences for delegation of and oversight of nursing tasks.
• Delegate administration of medications and other delegable tasks to certified Medication Technicians.
• Train staff and ensure competency in nursing care plans and delegated tasks, and manage medication safety.
