St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a Full-Time RN Case Manager to support pediatric patients. This position is on-site and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm; days only
  • Up to a $2500 sign-on bonus
  • Annual salary range: $68,224 - $104,811.20
Qualifications
  • 2 years of previous Peds or NICU RN experience required
  • BSN required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • RN license required
Role Overview

Coordinates, negotiates, procures, and manages patient care to facilitate quality, cost-effective outcomes. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to resolve issues and optimize utilization management and performance improvement programs.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, coordinate, and evaluate each patient's care plan
  • Establish and continuously evaluate individualized discharge plans
  • Ensure clinical documentation and resource utilization are appropriate and cost-effective
