General Description:
As a member of a multidisciplinary care management team, the nursing case manager is accountable for coordinating the care and services of selected patient populations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a multistate compact RN license (eNLC). Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
