An established industry player is seeking a dedicated PICU RN Case Manager to join their multidisciplinary care management team. As a member of a multidisciplinary care management team, the nursing case manager is accountable and responsible for coordinating the care and services of selected patient populations.

Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Experience: 3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care facility.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: Current license with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. BLS upon hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures. Strong clinical assessment skills. Familiarity with community resources for patient recovery. Understanding of third-party payer issues concerning reimbursement and regulations. Ability to explain complex information clearly to patients and families. Strong interpersonal skills for gathering information and assessing patient needs.
