Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager for a 13-week assignment in New York. You will coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring treatments and resources align with medical needs and recovery goals.

You'll collaborate with physicians, nurses and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe discharge planning. Requires an active FL/compact RN license, BLS, and 2 years of acute-care case management experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (FL/compact)
• BLS certification
• 2 years case management experience in acute hospital
• Recent acute hospital work within past year with ≤90‑day gap

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

– Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• FL/compact RN license
• BLS
• 2 years case management experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
