Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an RN Case Manager in Fort Worth, TX for a 13-week contract. Shift is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a start date of 10/19/2026. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care from admission to discharge and ensuring smooth transitions with physicians and care teams.

Required TX/compact RN license and BLS, plus 1+ year case management in an acute hospital setting and recent hospital experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and more.

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• TX/compact RN license
• BLS
• 1+ year case management experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CCM
• Meditech & Careport experience
