Job summary

RN.com is seeking an RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring medical needs and recovery goals are met.

Work with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care and support safe discharge planning. This 13-week assignment requires an active FL/compact RN license, BLS, and at least two years of acute care case management experience, with recent hospital work. Shift is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on-site.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years case management experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience within the past year with no more than a 90‑day break
