This position has a patient ratio of 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at nights and weekends. The facility has a daily census of approximately 60 patients. The patient care team includes Physical Therapy, Social Services, and Pharmacy support. Pre-approved time off is limited. Must be flexible with schedule accommodations. Travel experience is preferred, but first-timers are accepted. Candidates should have experience with the Cerner charting system. All candidates must meet health and safety requirements.
