Job summary

RN.com in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring treatments and resources align with medical needs and recovery goals.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and external providers to remove barriers to care, support safe, efficient discharge planning, and begin ASAP for a 13-week assignment with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sat-Mon.

Qualifications

• TX/compact RN license.
• BLS.
• 2 years case management experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT

– 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK

– 7:00AM - 7:00PM Sat-Mon

START DATE
