Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking an RN Case Manager to facilitate care progression from Pre-Admission to Discharge and to communicate with payors on patient status. The role includes monitoring quality indicators and assisting with discharge planning to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

The position requires acute care nursing experience and Texas RN licensure, with emphasis on independent work, adaptability, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Texas RN license.
• Acute care experience required; case management experience preferred; certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently; working knowledge of Word and Excel; adaptable to changing situations with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Required Skills:
