Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is looking for RNs to take control of their schedules as Case Managers. You will work independently with individual patients, arranging your daily and weekly schedule to fit your needs while developing personalized care plans.

The role includes home visits for various medical checks and thorough charting via an iPad. Benefits include a company car, educational courses, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's schedule.
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
