• Ability to read and interpret procedures and policies.

• Communicate with residents and families about plans of care, treatments and progress.
• Attend morning meetings to facilitate team communication.
• Organize and prioritize daily work based on residents' needs.
• Complete documentation and perform utilization review activities.
• Coordinate admissions/discharges and referrals to and from the facility.
