The Laurels of Blanchester is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate resident care on assigned shifts. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to deliver high-quality, safe outcomes and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
• Current state RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification or CPR within 90 days of employment.

• Plans and directs work to meet resident needs and safety.
• Assists with staffing assignments and evaluations.
