The Laurels of Athens is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with regulatory standards. You will mentor staff and actively manage daily operations to support residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care or post-acute settings.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment; CPR certification.
• Knowledge of nursing practice, infection control, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs and CNAs/STNAs.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws.
• Assigns, trains, and evaluates staff; manages workflow and staff scheduling.
